· Support engineer will be handling all IT requests, inquiries and/or complaints of from internal staff received through IT Helpdesk queue. · Support engineer will be handling all IT requests, inquiries and/or complaints received through Helpdesk mailbox or Helpdesk portal. This is besides user administration and other Offline (Off-queue) IT Helpdesk activities.
